Job Duties:

• Develop effective procurement strategies for the planning and implementation of all purchasing and contracting activities.
• Manage supplier relationship and establish supplier performance.
• Provide strategic input on procurement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal departments and liaise with external parties.
• Support Corporate Procurement and cross functional initiatives such as procedures improvement
• Support import and export business. 

Job Requirements:

• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in procurement/purchasing/supply management or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing
• Experience and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
• Candidates who have experience in import/ export would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, candidates who speaks Japanese would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement Manager
