Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effectively procurement strategy, including budgeting, tendering & award, cost controlling, payment valuation and certification, etc.
• Contractual advices on contract matters, subcontract arrangement and contractual terms;
• Coordination and implementation of tender and quotation process;
• Manage the existing and new contracts and agreements.
• Purchasing of materials and spare parts;
• Tender document drafting and contract award for maintenance service contracts, minor building woks, etc.;
• Assisting in handling subcontractors’ payments, claims and appeals;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction economic management with professional qualification of HKIS will be an advantage;
• At least 5 years experience in quantity surveying, facility management or relevant working experience is preferable;
• Proficient in PC application including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
• Good communication/ writing skills in English and Chinese;
• Complete tasks with customer satisfaction, teamwork, preparedness and sense of urgency
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Procurement Officer
