Job Description
We’re seeking energetic Sourcing Coordinators to join us!
All these teams are growing rapidly and we need motivated individuals who are looking to kick start their career in Merchandising. Graduates who are passionate about the Merchandising and Sourcing industry are encouraged to apply!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- order management
- monitoring the critical path to ensure that all time frames are met
- communicating with Buyers, Suppliers and Quality teams on technical issues and problem resolution
- entering all product brief information into our sourcing system
- setting up new suppliers to be able to quote through our sourcing system
To be successful, ideally you’ll possess:
- self motivation, responsibility and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- excellent attention to detail
- willingness to learn
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills, with fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
