Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Gift & Hamper concept under city'super with annual business plan focusing on Hong Kong Market
• Monitor and review the business and operation of Gift & Hamper, Own & Consignment brands ensuring the achievement of city’super concept and all the financials
• Develop operations systems and procedures covering supply chain, production, call center, store operation, training, IT, delivery services, etc. to enable expected customer expectation
• Develop and refine continuously the business model of Gifting & Hamper and Branding Section
• Continuous development of the brands to deliver the best customer experience

Requirements:

• University Graduate with at least 3 years working experience in food / retail industry (Gifting, Hampers, Branding) preferably
• Knowledge of food product is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and problem solving skills
• Detail-minded, sensitive to figures, good analytical skill with strong market sense and awareness
• Good in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge of Japanese or Mandarin is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
