Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspect of the procurement process from sourcing, ordering and to delivery
• Departmental database maintenance and update including PO, invoices and related purchasing records such as materials, prices, inventory and delivery records
• Liaise with warehouse
• Prepare various reports and month-end report as requested
• Assist ad hoc projects as assigned by team Manager

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• With basic knowledge oflogistic, procurement and sourcing
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate available / short notice will be an advantage
