Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
(1) General Ledger
- To prepare journals and vouchers and data input in system
- To handle monthly bank reconciliation
- To handle Fixed Assets
- To handle monthly schedules
(2) Billing
- To check accounting run report
- To update collection & remittance from bank
(3) Administrative
- To provide clerical support, including filing, typing, photocopying and daily accounting and general administrative duties
Requirements:
- College graduate with accounting professional qualification
- 1-2 years working experience
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Proactive and strong communication
