SUMMARY          This position is responsible for assisting Merchandising Manager in the development and execution of merchandise assortment and buying plans and achieving the sales & profit targets based on the seasonal business plan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for inventory control such as stock allocation
• Conduct stock replenishment and consolidation
• Assist in planning and executing all merchandising routine functions
• Prepare periodic reports to monitor the merchandise performance
• Follow up purchase order and shipment
• Prepare seasonal training material and trend information
• Assist in VM activities
• Other ad hoc assignments as required

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experiences preferably in luxury retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-initiated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks
• Strong communication skills and good team player
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available will be highly preferable  

Candidate with LESS experience will be considered as Buying Assistant
Candidate with MORE experience will be considered as Buyer
