Salary: 15000 PCM (195000 annually)

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing furniture design and sourcing business with an international and domestic customer base.

You will be responsible for managing factory sourcing, product development, and interfacing directly with our customers predominately in the UK

The role will be creative with huge opportunity for growth along with the need to be very self-directed at times. 
A positive attitude to change and a degree of flexibility is expected.

You will need to build excellent working relationships with the business owner and build a thorough understanding of how a small business works.

Any experience in working in a furniture-based business, trading company or office will be seen as an advantage.

Main Responsibilities
Managing the OEM product flow of furniture, interiors, and all related product. 
To work directly with our UK customers
To work directly with our Chinese suppliers 
Any administrative duties as required within the role or additional duties as requested.
To follow the direction set out by the Business owner

Expectations 
The role will be balanced by a heavy amount of administration and an amount of Travel to China and Vietnam. 
The ability to work independently.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Analytical and numerical skills
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
IT literate and comfortable with using the internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and in-house software programs

Both written and Spoken Chinese and English is necessary, Your Mandarin must be perfect.
