Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on trend research, graphic direction, material and trim sourcing
• Support in graphic design, presentation board, sketches to tech pack 
• Work closely with Design Manager on seasonal development  
• Collaborate with merchandising team and factories to facilitate development processes
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree /Diploma holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines 
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in US/EU market
• Good fashion sense, knowledgeable in cut & sewn knits womenswear product development 
• Knowledgeable washing technique is preferred. 
• Independent in creating prints, embellishment artworks & Flat drawing CADs.
• Familiar with presentation and design software is a MUST (i.e. PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Creative, self-motivated & good interpersonal skills
• Work closely with merchandising and factories to facilitate development processes 
• Good time management skills & able to work under pressure.
• Travel to Zhongshan 2-3 days weekly
