Responsibilities:

• Evaluate & monitor suppliers’ s performance to ensure on time delivery
• Lead a team in managing the order process including issuing purchase and sales order, following up with suppliers from production to shipment, etc.
• Analyze the ordering data to provide accurate forecast
• Maintain the data integrity and accuracy of ERP and ad-hoc tasks/reports when required
• Co-ordinate w/US IT to maintain the Oracle system

Requirements :

• At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement or equivalent.
• Preferably have experience in trading or promotional industry.
• Hands on experience in ERP or Oracle is an definite advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good communication with proactive & positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Able to handle and follow up projects independently.
• Strong sense in numeric and statistics.
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage.
