Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate paper pattern from design sketch and create size specification with Product Development, Designer and Production team
- Correct pattern according to designer/fit comments
- Ability to provide grading rule to production size set
- Ensure patterns are executed well throughout the development process from sample to pre-production
- Provide technical support to factory throughout collection development
- Work closely with Product development team and modify patterns
Requirements
- Graduate in technical institute in related field or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field, particularly in mens jackets
- Good knowledge and experience of pattern making, size specification and manufacturing processes
- Solid knowledge of pattern making software or system is preferred but not essential
- Well-organized, self-motivated, responsible, high attention to details and able to work in tight deadline
- Excellent command of English
