• Report to Head of Procurement

• Strategic Procurement

Duties:

• Lead the team in daily procurement operation with application of best practices to fulfill user requirements
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies including strategic vendor partnerships and sourcing to achieve cost saving and operational objectives
• To enhance the overall operation efficiency of the organization through process improvement on procurement related functions
• To motivate and coach the staff for performance enhancement and service improvement
• To perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration/Management Studies or equivalent
• Over 10 Years relevant working experience among which over 5 years are in managerial level
• Thorough understanding of procurement function in multi-industry environment, ideally familiar with both technical purchasing and general purchasing
• Good business acumen and planning skills, including business process re-engineering and with good legal and financial knowledge
• Good communication skill, both in Chinese and English
