Job Description

- Issue daily purchase orders for local and overseas vendors;

- Coordinate & keep track with vendors & internal parties to ensure logistic operation in timely & accurate schedule;

- Assist in sourcing materials;

- Prepare various reports & analysis;

- To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

- F.5 or above;

- 3 years purchasing field experience in sourcing & handling orders of Manufacturing Trading Fields;

- Knowledge in PRC & overseas transportation procedure is preferable;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Words & Excel and Chinese typing;

- Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;

- Mature, self -motivated, strong problem solving skills, well-organized, independently with team working spirit;

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Clerk;

- Immediate available is preferable.
