Responsibilities:

• Setting up and continuous reviewing the sourcing plans according to competing environment, industry trends, customers’ experience, and customers’ needs;
• Selecting and evaluating the suitable suppliers based on sourcing plans and according to company’s internal control policies;
• Negotiating with suppliers on prices, terms of trade, details of cooperation, procurement at optimal cost;
• Suggesting the retail price of products according to market evaluation;
• Monitoring the turnover and profit contribution of products. Conducting comprehensive sales analysis to help decision-making;
• Compiling regular reports and participating in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above. Preferable in marketing, business and related discipline;
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management and experience in procurement preferred;
• Understand the culture of Hong Kong market, with passion for work and strong anti-stress personalities;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Excellent communication with frontline staff and good at negotiating with different suppliers.
