Responsibilities

• Handle wine purchase orders;
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and forwarders;
• Monitor for issue of sales invoice and handle schedule planning and delivery operation; and
• Be responsible for administrative works and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in purchasing;
• Familiar with Wines knowledge;
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers is preferable;
• Good command of English and Cantonese; and
• Proficient in MS office applications.
