Job Description:

• Assist in sourcing, price negotiation, material planning
• Follow up purchase orders to support daily production
• Maintain and update all purchasing documents and records monitor inventory
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track & monitor stock level
• Prepare regular analysis reports to management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Coordinate on supply to key account

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in related disciplines with minimum 2 to 3 years’ solid experience in purchasing field
• Able to work on multiple projects / tender and contract processing independently
• Knowledge of shipment arrangement and full set of documents would be an advantage
• Sensitive to numeral data and good analytical skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
