• Provide consultation and design on e-commerce solutions and online marketing solutions to customer
• Project planning and coordination of projects end to end ensuring that a project is on time, to specification and to best in class quality standards.
• To gain an understanding of the customers needs, timing and pressures both internal and external.
• Ensure that the designer / developer understands the customers brand identity, key messages and business goals for the website and ensure that they translate these into a fully functional website utilizing best practice usability, design and coding principles.
• To ensure clear and consistent communication to the customers and ensure that issues are resolved within required time frames and improve the customer experience.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Strong interest and solid knowledge on web technologies and e-commerce is a MUST
  
• Excellent analytical skills
• University degree in IT or similar area
• PMP certification is added advantage
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
• Responsible, with the ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail
• Enthusiastic & self motivated

At least 3 years experience in project management and client communication.
