You will be reporting into the Group's Chairman and CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with and provide legal support to investment teams on a wide range of investment projects
• Provide legal support to the company on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters
• Draft agreements and review business contracts
• Assist in the establishment and implementation of internal policies and procedures
• Liaise with external counsel
• Undertake other ad-hoc in-house duties as assigned

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer
• 3-5 years post-qualification experiences gained in asset management / wealth management or international / reputable law firm
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, SFO and Company Ordinances
• Solid experience in PE, M&A or corporate finance transactions
• Experience in general commercial works
• Commercial awareness and good business sense are significantly important
• Attention to detail, good team player, independent, self-driven, accountable and hardworking
• Fluency in Putonghua and excellent command of English and Chinese
