You will be reporting into the Company Secretary to handle full spectrum duties for my client, a global financial institution with steady growth in Greater China region.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties including the preparation of documents, announcements, circulars, annual / interim reports, etc.
• Ensure compliance with listing requirements and all relevant statutory and regulatory matters of the companies
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time

Job requirement

• Diploma or above in company secretarial, corporate governance, accounting, legal or related disciplines;
• Associate or Student Member of HKICS / ICSA is preferable but not necessary;
• Minimum 3 years of company secretarial experience preferably working in publicly listed or sizable organizations, experience in financial institutions would be a big advatange;
• Sound knowledge in Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Securities Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements for HK company;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Well-organized, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skill;
