Job Description
Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for the legal support of compliance of investment or M&A
- The legal support of the company's daily compliance audit and related compliance projects
- Responsible for the compliance audit of the internal segment of the company, the specific compliance and risk assessment of the related projects, and the evaluation opinions
- Keep track of the latest development of laws, regulations and norms in the related areas, and make specific rules for compliance and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law or above;
- At least 2 years of legal related work experience, familiar with the Hong Kong region law, with investment and financing, IPO project experience priority;
- Strong judgment and analysis of complicated legal affairs;
- Good communication, social skills, and comprehensive ability;
- Good legal professional ethics, responsible, careful, efficient, prudent, and good team spirit.
- Exposure and familiar with Hong Kong market
- This position is located in Shanghai
