Responsibilities:

• Assist the company in perfecting the company's board of directors, shareholders' meetings and corporate governance related standard and policy , so as to meet the requirements of listing compliance.
• Organize the preparation of company's board of directors and shareholders' meetings, compile, record and keep relevant meeting documents.
• Company periodic report (annual report, semi annual report, quarterly report); responsible for the publication of the publication of the company's bulletin, the interim report and the periodic report.
• Coordinate the related matters between company and director, securities management department, stock exchange and intermediary agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in economics, law, finance, finance and other related disciplines.
• Understand Hong Kong's capital market, familiarity with local listing rules, company law and other related knowledge.
• More than 3 years working experience in Hong Kong listed companies or secretarial company. Holding relevant certificates is preferred.
• Familiar with the company secretarial and securities business process, familiar with the listed company information disclosure procedures, with strong logical thinking ability, strong analysis, processing, strain and solve the problem of work ability, with strong text foundation, familiar with the writing of various documents and documents;
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in using English and Chinese.
