Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for operation analysis and produce monthly analysis report according to business operations..
2. To create annual budget plan for the department operations and to give feedback on the actual implementation of the budget plan
3. To be responsible for the extraction of operation KPI data and to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data. To provide timely and effective data support for business department. To dig deep into key problems in operations, to coordinate and communicate across departments, to analyze underlying causes and to follow up by providing suggestions for refinement of operation procedures.
4. To assist department general manager to create and refine the business analysis and review system
5. To produce relevant analysis report and materials.

Requirements:

1. University bachelor degree or above with a major in finance, accounting, economics and other relevant subjects
2. Over 4 years of experience in business operation analyses, with over 2 years of such experiences in large-scale telecommunication and high-tech industries more preferable.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel and PowerPoint especially). Experience in using data analysis tools such as SPSS more preferable.

5. Strong communication skills, logical and critical thinking abilities. Willingness for new knowledge and learning. Diligence, circumspection, devotion and sense of responsibility in working.
