Job Accountabilities:

• Liaise with the Corporate Office, overseas branch offices and suppliers to ensure that audit data is published and maintained in audit management systems
• Communicate factory audit results with clients, and other Omega worldwide offices
• Compile management summaries on a regular basis for the Corporate Office and the clients
• Assist in invoicing and payment collection
• Support daily operations and ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• University degree; fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experiences but less academic qualification  will also be considered
• An understanding of the social audit and C-TPAT process is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of the Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), FFC (Fair Factories Clearinghouse) and other audit management systems is a definite advantage
• High proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills
• Familiar with PC operations including MS Word, Excel, Access, Chinese input, etc
• Able to meet tight deadlines, detail oriented and work as part of a team
• Able to work independently
• Immediate availability is an advantage
