Responsibilities

• Facilitate the obtaining of approval of DMC and Pre-sale Consent as well as sales compliance for projects under development
• Follow through the sale and purchase or acquisition legal procedures/documentation for real estate transactions
• Co-ordinate and liaise with internal parties and solicitor firms
• Prepare regular management reports and take up ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Holder of Diploma/Higher Diploma in Legal Studies an advantage
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in property development or relevant sectors, paralegal experience will be an advantage
• Working knowledge and experience relating to DMC and Pre-sale Consent Application and Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong property market
• Patient, mature, attending to detail, proactive thinking and good inter-personal/ communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
