Job Description

Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific is seeking to appoint a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent Customer Service to our customers across Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Macau, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand) in Hong Kong.

 

Responsibilities

  • As Customer Service Representative, you will be the key person to represent the image of the brand and the excellence of customer service to our customers
  • Demonstrate your passion of the brand and knowledge to customer by understands customers’ needs, preserve and resolves any service/product related issues
  • Communicate and liaise with internal parties to complete the Customer Service journey and provide the most efficient method to solve customers’ issues
  • Supporting customers from various APAC countries with multi-languages
  • Dealing with customers via multi communication channel such as telephone, email and other digital tools
  • Record case data and customer information accurately into the relative system for yourself and team members to be able to follow up on cases
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team when necessary
  • Working on Hong Kong Public Holiday to support the non-public holiday countries may be needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Ideally +1 years’ experience in Customer Service or have any fashion related qualification or experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or N2) language. Additional language will be a plus.
  • Strong multi-tasking and computer skills with experience in dealing with customers.
  • Able to work collaboratively
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work on Public Holiday
