Analyst (Crypto/Blockchain)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of listed Cryptocurrencies.
• Build and maintain good relationship with client;
• Be the focal point for information on his/her accounts, knowing everything that is going on and anticipating the client and team’s needs;
• Review listed tokens on a regular basis in order to ensure they comply with listing criteria and compliance standard, initiate necessary actions and escalations;
• As an integral part of the Cryptocurrency Listing team, the candidate will work closely with Operations, Marketing and Compliance departments;
• Develop references/case studies and business development/opportunity pursuit best practices;
• Identify suspicious activity, investigate patterns / typologies and work on appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a strong operational focus with the ability to manage time sensitive workflows across competing priorities.
• Suggest improvements to internal policies/procedures, give constructive feedback to our product teams on improvements to be made to internal tools that will lead to greater efficiency for the risk ops team and the customer.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements

• Strong interest and knowledge in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology;
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably experience with account management / sales / business development in the B2B sector;
• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business or related discipline(s);
• Extremely detailed oriented with a start-up mentality, able to work in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint) with advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in VBA/Excel macro programming.
• Familiar with rules and regulations of other cryptocurrency exchange will be a plus;
• relationships quickly with colleagues and partners in the business;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a required;
• A willingness to travel and spend sufficient time to communicate with clients with different locations/time zones;
• Immediate availability is a plus.
