• Able to formulate business strategies and plans to generate selling training and related business
• Competent in identifying training needs and strategies of the company and able to design relevant training programs
• Have good knowledge and experience of the applications of the Psychometric Tools in the training industry as well as various training techniques, methods and evaluations methods
• Presentable, pleasant, mature, business oriented and confident with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Have the ability to deal with all levels of people in any organizations especially the large ones
• Able to deliver training solutions and ensure all training activities are of good qualities
• Versatile in using Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
