Key responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a full range of commercial contracts and legal documents;
• Research on HKEX Listing Rules, Company Ordinance and other general commercial regulations;
• Research on regulatory updates and analyze practical implication on the Company;
• Assist in developing, reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures, to achieve better corporate governance structure;
• Assist in investment projects; and
• Provide legal support and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Law degree holder;
• Experiences gained with a reputable law firm in Hong Kong or PRC would be preferred;
• Familiarity with the China market preferred;
• Experience in HKEX Listing Rules and relevant requirements for HK listed companies as well as M&A experience desired, but not mandatory;
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively both in daily work and during business negotiations;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
• Commercial minded and willing to provide solutions.
