One of the Top Developer, awarded and listed in worldwide.  It is the market leader in term of residential project, investment sales and commercial asset management in Hong Kong and China.  They are currently searching for a high calibre VP/Director Property Development to oversea the acquisition and redevelopment of projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:  

• Conduct project feasibility studies make presentations and recommendations on investment potentials for development projects
• Work proactively in seeking JV partners in land acquisition.
• Establishing strong relationships with local government authorities, landlords, developers and consultancies for smooth liaison with these parties during the acquisition and development process
• Manage the bid process for JV and estate regeneration submissions, working with pre-con, production, technical and bid teams;
• Manage the technical, legal, sales and planning due diligence associated with land acquisitions / bids;
• Conduct real estate valuations, economic assessments and appraisals of development options and assess their relative financial risk
• Formulate development investment business models and define investment performance criteria
• Deliver optimal investment solutions over both short and long term, and determine and manage operating costs of project

Requirement

• Degree qualification in Property, Real Estate or related discipline with a HKIS Member preferably in General Practice Division
• Minimum 13 years relevant working experience in real estate development and land acquisition
• Experience in handling small and large scale residential / mixed-use projects in Hong Kong
• Strong business acumen, analytical, innovative, proactive and result oriented
• Excellent command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written
• High level of strategic thinking and communication skills
