Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reputable law firm or corporate legal departments, with experience in handling Southeast Asian legal issues an advantage
• Ability to work proactively and independently with medium supervision
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Travel to overseas may be required

 Responsibilities:

• Handling daily in-house legal work for the HK office and other offices including reviewing, drafting and advising on legal documents
• Advising business units on investment structure
• Providing legal advice to management and business units in relation to corporate finance activities
• Retaining, directing, and managing external counsel as required
• Providing ad-hoc legal advice and support on any company initiatives
