A top rank company in the legal sector is looking for a Senior Compliance professional to support their HK office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client file reviews; advice and execute all compliance policies and procedures implemented by the company
• Daily client due diligence matters, like maintain customers records, update progress reports and review information supplied by clients
• Develop and test solutions in relation to sanction screening and Filter Management
• Establishing effective policy and processes to identify an ultimate beneficial owner
• Develop and execute internal control, risk management and compliance assurance program
• Monitor programs on AML related activities, compliance manual , and core control documents

Requirement

• 4-10 years of work experience/ knowledge of compliance requirement in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdiction is preferred
• University degree holder, preferably in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Working knowledge of Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)
• Excellent interpersonal skills (training, presentation, team collaboration and communication)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision
