Job Description and Responsibilities

• To draft, review and settle contracts and other legal documentation under Hong Kong law in both English and Chinese; handle contract management matters 起草、審核涉及香港法律的中、英文合同和其他法律文書，處理合同管理事宜;
• To handle legal cases, disputes, and litigation in Hong Kong or under Hong Kong law 處理在香港或適用香港法律的法律案件、糾紛和訴訟;
• To provide Hong Kong legal advice to GDH and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Group”) in relation to their operation and management 就香港粵海及其下屬及關聯（下統稱“集團”）公司的經營管理事宜提供香港法律意見;
• To coordinate, manage and oversee all the legal and related services provided by external lawyers and other professional advisers 協調統籌、管理、監察所有由外聘律師及其他專業顧問所提供的法律及相關服務;
• Based on business and development needs of the Group, to conduct research on applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations and legal precedent cases, and prepare relevant reference materials 按集團業務和發展需要，對相關香港法律法規及案例進行歸集和研究，並準備有關參考資料.

Job Requirements

• Holding a degree in law from universities of Hong Kong or other developed common law countries 具有香港或其他發達普通法國家的大學本科以上法律專業學歷;
• Hong Kong qualified solicitor 具有香港律師資格;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in law firms or legal department of listed companies in Hong Kong 具有3年以上在香港律師事務所或香港上市公司專業法務工作經驗;
• Familiar with Hong Kong law, legal procedures and Listing Rules 熟悉香港法律、訴訟程序和香港上市規則;
• Strong hands-on experience in handling legal matters and capable of working independently with limited supervision 對法律實務有豐富實戰經驗，可在有限督導下獨立處事;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese and can prepare legal documentation, legal opinions, and reports in either language and translate from one language to another 對中、英文具備高度雙語能力，可以其中任何一種語言起草法律文書、法律意見書和報告，及對文本進行所需翻譯;
• Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, and highly professional 具有敬業、專業精神，注重職業操守.
