Evershine Group Holdings Limited (Stock code: 8022) is looking for a Company Secretarial Officer to provide quality support to our holding company’s senior management to carry out the following duties:

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the local companies’ minutes and filing of returns to the Hong Kong Companies Registry; maintaining offshore companies’ up to date statutory records;
• Manage meetings, appointments and other events to ensure effective communication channels internally and externally;
• Assist in preparing interim and annual reports, announcements, circulars, etc.;
• Assist in corporate administration functions; and
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by senior management.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in company secretarial, accounting, business administration or related fields);
• Three to five years of work experience in audit firm or accounting department of commercial companies would be at advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint); (including Chinese and English Word Processing;
• HKICS/HKICPA student/graduate member would be at advantage;
• Proactive, mature, organized and detail-oriented;
• Able to handle multi-task effectively and independently; and
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese and knowledge in Mandarin is preferred.
