Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the officers, clerical staff and office assistant in the admin team.
- Administer, monitor and evaluate the workflow within the admin team.
- Assist the department manager in developing new courses, compiling reports / budget plans.
- Oversee the operation of ERB MDS & in-house training courses.
- Assist in handling school / centre / course registrations.
- Assist the department manager in handling complaints.
- Assist in purchasing training equipment / facitilites / tools.
- Invigilate examinations if necessary.
- Any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in any discipline with minimum 5 years' working experience in education / training.
- Or non-degree holder with minimum 8 years relevant working experience.
- Have solid experience in ERB MDS course operation and knowledge in quality assurance.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good IT skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and be a good team player.
- Independent, creative, flexible, considerate and polite.
- Shift duties are required.
