Responsibilities:

• Manage a team and work as the liaison person between Sales, Production and Clients.
• Supervise the execution of internal and client-driven processes and the successful management of client requirements. 
• Lead the production-related client meetings, and coordinate process review on main accounts
• Develop efficient workflow and ensure all works are completed on time at appreciate budget
• Support Sales team in relation to existing business 

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in translation, linguistic or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years working experience in translation services, project management or account servicing, preferably with 2 years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of DTP software and Translation memory experience including Multiterm IX, Context, glossary and file management are preferred
• Fluent in English and a second language
• Good organizational ability and attention to detail
