| Responsibilities: |
| Responsible for system design, development, testing and technical specification delivery |
| Manage projects to ensure they are completed on-time, within cost and in good quality |
| Conduct business analysis and applications programming for systems development projects |
| Coordinate with vendors and review vendor deliverables |
| Formulate/ Design system scope and objectives for application development projects |
| Guide team members in handling technical issues |
| Requirements: |
| University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines |
| Minimum 1+ years experience on application development |
| Proficient hands-on experience in Windows .NET, MS SQL server |
| Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) |
| Solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills |
| Able to work independently |
