The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and advising on key business strategies and will work as a trusted advisor to senior executives.  He/she will work closely with key business partners across the region and will provide legal and regulatory support on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.

The role will best suit qualified lawyers with around 4 to 8 years of post qualification experience in corporate/commercial, banking/finance laws gained in an in-house legal department or with a leading international law firm in Hong Kong.  He/she must demonstrate a keen interest in the fintech industry and must be proactive and driven to succeed.  Fluent English and Mandarin skills are required for this position.
