We are a Hong Kong listed company Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited (309.HK) and looking for high-caliber company secretarial professionals to support our Legal & Company Secretarial service. Ideally the candidates are required to possess the followings:

Company Secretary Manager

Responsibilities:

• Attending to full spectrum of company secretarial duties of listed company and its subsidiaries incorporated in various jurisdictions;
• Organizing and handling all matters relating to convening of board, committees and shareholders meetings;
• Preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars, monthly return.
• Assist to handle legal document and other corporate finance assignments

Requirements:

• HKICS/ICSA member; student member will be considered
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience (with at least 2 years’ experience in Main Board listed companies)
• Good knowledge in listing rules, company ordinance and other compliance regulations
• Good communication skill with fluency in English and Chinese and Putonghua
• Good PC skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) and English & Chinese word processing
• Self-initiative, responsible, well-organized and meticulous
