Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform frontline duties in complaints handling
- Conduct investigation into cases of alleged misconduct including interviews, statement-taking and preparation of reports
- Supervise officers’ case handling and drafting of investigative reports
- Follow through complex complaint cases
Requirements
- A recognized university degree
- Minimum 4 years’ solid working experience in complaint handling / investigation or as legal executive (preferably in litigation / conveyancing), with at least 2 years at supervisory level preferred
- Good analytical and communication skills, and be a team player
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English with experience in report writing (Preferably attained Grade “C” or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in HKCEE, or Level 4 or above in HKDSE, or equivalent)
- Proven knowledge in real estate market operations will be an added advantage
Terms of Appointment
Competitive remuneration package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointee will initially be offered a 3-year contract, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance and the service needs of the Authority.
