Requirements:

• University degree holder in company secretarial/corporate governance or related disciplines
• Qualified member of HKICS/ICSA
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience (with at least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role in a professional consultancy firm in Hong Kong)
• Well-versed in the Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance, etc
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)  
• Self-initiative, responsible, well-organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Strong business sense and willing to develop business relationship
• Able to lead a team of staff
• Training and coaching exposure preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager
