Director of Citizenship by Investment Programmes (CIP)

Our client is a well respected and prominent investment advisory firm with a large network of HNW clients in Hong Kong and across Asia. They have a wide range of qualified and reputable investment vehicles on offer including International Real Estate and other Physical Assets. They also provide a consultancy service to advise their clients who want to participate in Citizenship by Investment programmes (Golden Visas, EB5, etc…) with various countries around the world.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the sales teams with guidance on all Citizenship by Investment enquiries
• Assist and guide all new and existing applications to ensure they are completed as smoothly and as        quickly as possible
• Ensure all necessary paperwork, supporting material and documentation are obtained as per the            requirements of the intended country
• Grow the portfolio of CIP’s on offer through research and analysis.  
• Maintain a strong network of contacts in targeted countries to assist with CIP programmes (Such as real estate agents and developers for Golden Visas, lawyers and bankers etc…)
• Keep up to date of any upcoming changes in CIP laws and requirements and to ensure the clients are    receiving the most up to date information

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years hands-on involvement in various Citizenship by Investment Programmes with multiple countries.
• Strong network of contacts (Real estate agents, developers, lawyers and bankers) with various CIP participating countries around the world
• A strong communicator who can clearly and concisely relay complex matters
• Suitable candidates must be able to speak English. Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
