The Manager - Retail Leasing is responsible for the leasing strategy and to lead the lease negotiation and tenancy administration for the retail properties of the Company.

Requirements:

- Degree in real estate, business, marketing or equivalent

- Proven experience in retail leasing 

- Expertise in tenant mix, lease negotiation, tenancy administration and shopping mall operations

- Aggressive with good communication skills

- Good command in English and Chinese
