Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Manager in tender and cost management of prestigious mixed-use property developments, including cost estimation and budget control / tender and contract administration / technical audit, etc.
• Assist in the liaison and collaboration with relevant parties and supervising local staff in carrying out cost management, contract administration and QS works

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline, preferred with professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development, preferably in the Mainland
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Based in Hong Kong and travel might be required
