Responsibilities:

• Perform leasing and marketing activities so as to ensure the take-over are carried out both smoothly and in a timely manner
• Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
• Liaise with licensees and contractors for repair / maintenance works and makes necessary arrangement
• Inspect the defects and complaints reported by the licensees when the defects are identified as construction defects within the defects liability period, or within the scope of the scheduled defects, notify and monitor the manager to take follow up actions
• Ensure the efficient recovery of any charges and fees which are due to the Authority so as to minimize the loss
• Prepare tenancy documents such as agreement, license and update tenants’ database
• Carry out license control to maintain the harmonious operation of the site
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in property leasing
• Holder of Real Estate Agent’s license is preferred
• Possess technical knowledge in maintenance works is an advantage
• Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
