Job Duties :

• Responsible for the leasing function of the Company properties.
• Liaise and negotiate with agents and tenants.
• Handle new lettings, renewals, coordinating premises takeover and handover
• Daily property maintenance arrangement
• Daily leasing enquiry, complaints and all tenancy matters
• Conduct market research, analyze data of property market for current commercial or residential leasing.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate/Property Management/ Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing role.
• Experience work in landlord at commercial / industrial or residential is a definite advantage.
• Ability to successfully negotiate leasing deals and make recommendations.
• Familiar the rental market trends of commercial or I/O buildings.
• Details documentation follow up. 
• Self-motivated, aggressive, stable and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical mind and strong market sense.
• If have more experience can apply Senior Leasing Officer.
• Immediately available is preferred.
