Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the property and leasing team
• Handle leasing enquires from the property agencies 
• Assist in generating monthly reports and maintain good filing system
• Handle emails, telephone calls and enquires
• Conduct project research as required
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects 

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder with 1-2 years' experience
• Hold with EAA License will be in advantage
• Energetic, well-organised, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work under stress and tight deadline
