The incumbent will be responsible for engineering and maintenance work in the property and supervise the technical team to perform day-to-day operations & regular maintenance work of the E&M system, handle emergency duties, project management and provide fitting-out work or consultancy services to the tenants.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade B or above is preferred
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in contract administration, E&M operation and maintenance for the property, fitting-out work control or consultancy services.
• Experience gained from property and facilities management is preferred
• Hands-on experience in problem solving, site coordination and emergency repair
• Strong problem solving and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Engineer
