Job Description
- Responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned residential portfolio.
- Form 6 or higher graduation with 3 years property management experience
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Mature and willing to learn; self-initiative and outgoingProficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Experience in participating in major renovation projects of properties preferable
- Immediate available is preferable
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Property Officer
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
