Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain good relationship with local landlords who own overseas properties
Act as the coordinator for overseas property issues with local landlords
Provide customer service support to local landlords
Answer clients' enquiries
Communicate with overseas department ansd partners about overseas property leasing
Handle contract and agreement issues relating to leasing and property management
Maintain clients database
Prepare report of leasing, property management and landlords' enquiries log
To maintain available leasing stocks on company website
To perform ad hoc task assigned from supervisor
Travel is required (mainly in Southeast Asia)
For those having more experience can be considered as Assistant Leasing & Property Manager

Qualification

University graduates with 2-3 years of customer services experience
Similar position held before in supervisory role for more than 5 years
Proven track record of experience in leasing and property management of residential properties
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skill, patient, detail-minded
Immediate available is preferred
