Our Client is a prestige developer. Owing to their expansion, they are looking for a senior management for their Shopping Mall complex

 Job Description

• Oversee a portfolio of prestige significant scale shopping Centre in Chain

• Responsible for technical and facility management, planning and strategies, handling tendering and contractors, major alteration projects, 

• Relationship building with local authorities and tenants as well as ensuring compliance with PRC legislations
• Planning and implementing business development programs related to property management and asset enhancement, and managing the building fund account.
• The incumbent will direct and execute the strategic plans and management initiatives to ensure the assigned portfolios in the first class standard. 
• Leading the management team to performing the day-to-day management and customer servicing.

Requirements:

• At least 12 years of experience in property management, 5 years of which at a senior managerial level
• MHKIH, MCIH or RPHM
• Strong leadership abilities with uncompromising integrity and passion for excellence
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to foster good relationship with all internal and external customers
• Pre opening expereince in large scale Shopping Mall is highly preferred
• Results-driven, flexible and strong communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese.
